Awesome Show (Thanks, Alex!)

So, for the last month I have been working with an awesome band, the Aaron Ball Band. They are a great southern rock/contemporary country band that have toured nationally. Aaron is a great singer, songwriter, and front man. It is a pleasure to play with them.

Today, we did a show at Idaho State University for a celebration of tolerance. It was cool to see the diversity in the audience, all there for a great time. We shared the bill with the great Alex Boye’. Probably the funnest part of the show was when we decided to play the classic “Country Roads” and Alex joined us on stage to sing. What a surreal experience to play with him. After the show, Alex and I talked a little and told me that I had a lot of soul. What a compliment….I am speechless. He also asked me to join him in concert when he performs again at ISU next week for a big concert. I am excited to play with him again. I will tell you all about it!
